Santa Ana Bail Bond Agent

The Santa Ana Police Department is located next to the parking structure for the Orange County Jail. Typically, the  Police Department does not hold anyone at their facility for more then a few hours. However, if we are able to notify the jail before they have began preparing the arrestee to be transferred, and we are ready to post bail, sometimes, they will hold them for us as a professional courtesy. This makes the release process several hours shorter than if the person in custody is transferred to the county jail. When we’re able to post bail at the P.D. it is normally a simpler process that takes about an hour, on average. The bail bond process is similar in Tustin, we can meet you there too.

When you arrive at the station you will park in the parking structure located directly across from the main entrance of the police department. There is a large lobby that’s open to the public from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. most days. If it’s after hours, only your bail agent will be allowed inside to submit the paperwork. Tthen we will be asked to leave the lobby and wait outside for the defendant to be released.

Once the jail has processed our paperwork and prepared the person in custody for release, they will walk out of the left side of the building through the large metal door located directly to the left of the main entrance. I am available 24 hours, 7 days a week to help you through this entire bail process.
